1. Put yourself first. You matter. You and only you. It may be hard at first, but please remember that your life is in your hands and that means taking care of your affairs.
2. Develop your own interests and hobbies. Find stuff that you genuinely enjoy doing and you’ll make genuine friends in that community. Reach out to your local community to find courses on offer. There is so much to choose from, like flower arranging, car maintainance, art classes and pottery. If you find our own interests you’ll know that your time is spent doing interesting things learning new skills and developing new potential relationships.
3. Put some distance between your pushy friends to make decisions in clarity that suit you. Never feel the pressure from your pushy friends.
